Vacancy: Women’s First Team Manager
We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven coach to join our club as Women’s First Team Manager.
This role offers the chance to take charge of our senior squad while also playing a key part in shaping the future of our Girls’ and Women’s pathway. As a club, we are committed to creating a positive, ambitious, and inclusive environment, and we are looking for someone who can lead from the front both on and off the pitch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a competitive first team, supporting the development and progression of players, and working collaboratively with coaches and staff across the club. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a forward-thinking football environment and contribute to the continued growth of the women’s game.
Based in Solihull, the role requires an approximate commitment of 8 hours per week, including evenings and matchdays.
If you are ready to drive performance, nurture talent, and play a vital role in developing the next generation of players, we would love to hear from you.
