Moors Women 2025/26 Fixtures Confirmed
The wait is over! The 2025/26 West Midlands Regional Women’s Football League Premier Division fixtures have officially been released, and Solihull Moors Women now know what lies ahead in what promises to be an exciting and competitive season.
With a refreshed squad and a renewed sense of ambition, Moors are aiming to climb the table and make a statement across league and cup competitions.
Key Fixtures to Watch
Hednesford Town (A), 7 September
The Moors begin their league campaign with a tricky away fixture against Hednesford Town. Known for their direct style and strong home record, this match will offer an immediate test of Moors’ resilience and pre-season preparations.
Burton Albion (A), 14 September
One week later, Moors are on the road again, taking on Burton Albion. This one carries a little extra meaning, as this sees Joe Kirkland face his former club, in the opposite dugout. Having once represented the Brewers, Kirkland will be hoping to get one over on his old side.
Alvechurch (H), 28 September
Another fixture to circle is the first home game, as Moors host Alvechurch in what’s traditionally a high-intensity fixture. Both teams will be pushing for top-half positions, this clash could have early implications for the league standings.
Shrewsbury Town (H), 14 December
A tough pre-Christmas fixture, as Moors host a strong Shrewsbury side. With the season nearing its halfway point, three points here could be vital to maintaining momentum into the winter break.
Redditch Borough (H), 4 January
The first game of the new year sees Moors back at Studley Sports Centre, welcoming Redditch Borough. This clash is a perfect chance to set the tone for 2026 with a strong home performance.
Coventry Sphinx (A), 22 March
The final scheduled league game sees Moors closing out the season with a short journey to Coventry Sphinx. Whether it’s chasing silverware or finishing strong, this game could prove decisive. Expect high expectations and a big atmosphere.
Eyes on the Cup
Solihull Moors Women are also set to compete in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup, with details on their second-round qualifying opponents expected soon. After a respectable run last season, the Moors are looking to go even further this time.
