Match Preview: Shrewsbury Town vs Solihull Moors
Solihull Moors Women are back under the lights this evening as they take on Shrewsbury Town (7:45pm kick-off).
Following a quick turnaround from Tuesday night’s fixture, Moors are looking to bounce back and will be determined to come away with all three points.
Manager Joe Kirkland shared his thoughts ahead of the fixture:
“Shrewsbury are one of the strongest sides in the league. They’re in good form and apply themselves really well.
We need a reaction after the last game. It’ll be a slightly different team to the one that played on Tuesday, but we’re hoping to come away with the three points.”
The Opposition
Shrewsbury Town have enjoyed a positive season so far and will be keen to maintain their momentum to finish the campaign strongly.
One to watch is Jeorgia Carr, who has scored ten goals in fourteen games, making her a key threat.
