Match Preview: Rugby Borough vs Solihull Moors (County Cup)
Solihull Moors Women are set to face Rugby Borough in the Birmingham FA County Cup on Sunday. (3pm KO)
Following last week’s 3-0 win against Coundon Court, Moors now turn their focus to the County Cup where they look to continue their unbeaten start to the season.
Manager, Joe Kirkland, stated:
” The game on Sunday is an opportunity for us to be tested in a way which we haven’t been tested so far this season, we’ll be playing one of the best teams in the Midlands so it’ll be a privilege to compete against them, the key aspect for us is that we use this game as a learning opportunity out of playing West Bromwich Albion next week in the FA Cup. I’m expecting a performance of ultimate hard work, commitment, and education from the players.”
