Match Preview: Port Vale vs Solihull Moors
Solihull Moors Women are set to travel to Port Vale on Sunday for their final game of the season.
Moors are looking to finish the season on a high following last week’s result to Coundon Court.
Manager, Joe Kirkland had this to say ahead of the fixture:
“We are desperate to finish on a high, the last week has been incredibly disappointing for a variety of reasons so it’s important that we go to Port Vale and perform well.
We expect to see a hunger and a desire to win from the players, giving everything and allowing for us to bring home the three points, and most importantly coming away proud of the performance”
The Opposition
Port Vale currently sit in seventh in the table and a win at the weekend could see them move to sixth.
The one to watch is Stephanie Kingston, who has netted a fantastic eleven goals in eighteen games, making her an attacking threat.
